The medicinal mineral waters of Termes La Garriga rise from deep within the earth at a temperature of more than 60°C. Rich in silica and fluoride, they are ideal for relieving stress and joint pain, as well as improving the appearance of your skin. But above all, Termes La Garriga is a place to awaken your senses.

Details of the services available at our spa centre are given below. These sessions are subject to a health check, which can be reserved at the spa centre reception desk.

The spa centre is open to the public at the following times:

• Monday to Saturday: 9.30 am - 8.00 pm.

CLASSIC HYDROTHERMAL sessions (26,50 €/per session).

Mud wrap: using mud soaked in spa water and essential oils. The mud is applied to the body and then covered with a thermal blanket to help relax muscles and to restore the skin’s mineral salts. Sessions last 20 minutes.

Pressure Shower: first using spa water to relax the muscles and then, at the end of the session, cold water to stimulate the whole body. Sessions last 10 minutes.

Circular Shower: using fine jets of 36ºC water to treat the skin, stimulating microcirculation, cleansing and exfoliating. Sessions last 10 minutes.

Hydrotherapy: The hydromassage baths use pressurised jets of air and medicinal mineral waters to help stimulate circulation and relax muscles, as well as encouraging the skin to absorb the minerals that occur naturally in the water and any that have been added (essential oils, salts, seaweed, milk etc.). Sessions last 15 minutes.

Hydrojet: bed that uses pressurised jets of spa water to massage your back and legs creating a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. Lasts 20 minutes.

Steam Inhalation: This method of inhaling spa waters, with or without additional products added, is used to clear the respiratory system, both for smokers and for patients with a variety of lung problems. Sessions last 20 minutes.

Paraffin wax treatment: The hands are dipped in liquid paraffin heated to a high temperature, which has an anti-inflammatory effect on the joints, stimulating microcirculation in the hands and improving the appearance of the skin. Sessions last 20 minutes.

BASIC RESCULPTING Sessions (31,50 €/per session)

Each Basic Resculpting Session lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Thermojet: is an osmotic wrap with infra-red bands applied with a gel to a specific part of the body to enhance the resculpting effect.

Cold (cryotherapeutic) wraps: are applied to specific areas to improve firmness and stimulate peripheral circulation, helping to reduce flabbiness.

Bio-Slim: A hot body wrap used in combination with specific products for slimming or cellulite reduction.

PLUS Sessions (43,50 €/per session)

Each Plus session lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Hot seaweed wrap: to stimulate fat loss thanks to the seaweed’s iodine content and other properties.

Massage (30 minutes): using a traditional manual technique to help you to relax and unwind. Choose from relaxing, chiropractic, slimming, firming, circulation and other massage techniques.

Physiotherapy: including massages, mobilisations, tractions and personalised exercises (in or out of the water) under the guidance of our physiotherapist, who has a range of traditional (self-heating mud, etc.) and electrotherapy (ultrasound, infrared, TENS, etc.) treatments at his disposal to optimise the results of your spa programme.

Foot reflexology: Massage on the reflex points on the soles of the feet to restore energy lost due to stress. Sessions last 30 minutes.

Basic body peeling: is an ideal deep-exfoliating skin preparation, followed by a circular shower. Sessions last 30 minutes.

Aromatic body moisturising: is perfect for tired skin: hydrating and relaxing. Sessions last 30 minutes.

Pressure Therapy 30 minutes: using lymphatic drainage boots to pleasantly stimulate return circulation in the legs by pushing accumulated liquid up away from the feet.

Underwater massage (30 minutes): encourages peripheral vessel dilation and eliminates excess liquid, as well as toning muscles.

Facial Lymphatic Drainage (30 minutes): boosts local lymphatic circulation, reducing facial oedemas and swellings.

Each EXQUISIT session lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Massage (50 minutes): using a traditional manual technique to help you to relax and unwind. Choose from relaxing, chiropractic, slimming, firming, circulation and other massage techniques.

Body Lymphatic Drainage (50 minutes): boosts local lymphatic circulation, reducing body oedemas and swellings.

Facial Futura-Pro treatment: treatment by bi-optic waves for the facial biostimulation, obtaining as results a reduction in the wrinkles and an increase of the tonification of the skin and of the musculature from the face with consequent effect lifting.

Peeling and massage with Mediterranean aromas and salts: Sea-salt massage is a very pleasant technique that also has an extremely beneficial effect on the skin.

Peeling and moisturising with spheres: is a combination of body exfoliation and aromatic massage using spheres for relaxation.

Chromo-energy resculpting: is a revitalising lymphatic drainage treatment using beams of coloured lights, slimming-effect seaweeds and resculpting mud wraps combined according to the five-elements theory.

Each Senso Spa Pack session lasts about 75 minutes.

Morning dew: is a body wrap and massage using wild fruits to smooth and moisturise the skin. This treatment is recommended for water retention and orange-peel skin.

Elixir of Life (grape wrap and massage): Body wrap and massage using products left over from the wine-making process, good for stress, free radicals and oxygenating body tissue.
